Giusto un anno fa scrivevamo l’editoriale
“Una rondine non fa pri-
mavera… tante sì”
, in cui sviluppavamo la tesi per la quale una serie
di eventi positivi che si stavano realizzando poteva indicare l’arrivo
della primavera su un mercato, quello del layout d’ufficio, provato
da anni di rigidi inverni di crisi.
Ebbene, dal quel tempo a oggi, tante altre rondini sono volate nel cielo
e hanno dato conferma dell’arrivo di una stagione più confortante.
Rondini sono volate su Orgatec 2016, la mostra di settore che ha
chiuso con oltre 56.000 visitatori, 670 aziende presenti di cui 80 ita-
liane rappresentanti la ricerca e l’artigianalità made in Italy.
Rondini sono volate sui bilanci delle principali aziende italiane del
settore che hanno registrato incrementi di fatturato, la testimonianza
più significativa di una inversione di tendenza di mercato.
Rondini sono volate anche sul nostro annuale appuntamento
OLMeet 2017
che, nella recente edizione, ha raccolto la presenza
di 180 professionisti interessati a riflettere sull’Ufficio 4.0 inteso come
luogo di integrazione delle tecnologie digitali con un layout attento
al comfort del lavoratore.
Sotto i migliori auspici si avvia anche, nella cornice del
Salone del
Mobile di Milano
dal 4 al 9 aprile, la biennale dedicata all’ufficio e
al contract,
Workplace 3.0
, dove in un’area espositiva di 10.000 metri
quadrati, saranno 110 le aziende espositrici presenti, con una con-
sistente rappresentanza della produzione italiana e un significativo
incremento dei grandi gruppi internazionali.
Nel tepore di un’incipiente primavera, con le rondini che volano in
cielo, andiamo fra qualche settimana all’appuntamento milanese del
Salone del Mobile confidenti di trovare non più segnali, ma
conferme, certezze che ci siamo messi alle spalle l’inverno e che pos-
siamo guardare con fiducia al futuro, sicuri che l’ufficio made in Italy
ha ancora molto da esprimere.
Just one year ago, we wrote an editorial entitled “One swallow
doesn’t make a summer… but lots of them do,” to suggest the idea
that a series of positive events in progress at the time could mark a
new arrival of springtime on a market, that of office layout, which had
been suffering through a long, cold winter of crisis.
Well, since then many other swallows have soared across the sky,
confirming the beginning of a more productive period.
Swallows were flying over Orgatec 2016, the trade fair that racked up
over 56,000 visitors, 670 exhibiting companies, including 80 Italian
firms, representing the research and craftsmanship of Made in Italy.
Swallows have also been sighted over the balance sheets of the
leading Italian companies in this sector, reporting increased sales,
which are the most reliable sign of a trend inversion on the market.
Our feathered friends were also on hand for our annual appointment
OLMeet 2017, which in the latest iteration welcomed 180
professionals interested in discussing the Office 4.0, seen as a place
of integration of digital technologies with layout that pays attention to
all aspects of human comfort.
Hopes are also running high, in the setting of the Salone del Mobile in
Milan, from 4 to 9 April, for the biennial event for the office and the
contract sector, Workplace 3.0, where in an area of 10,000 square
meters there will be 110 exhibiting companies, including a large
group of Italian producers and a significant increase in the presence
of large international corporations.
In the warmth of this early spring, with the swallows soaring in the sky,
we’ll be heading in a few weeks to the Milanese appointment with the
Salone del Mobile with an eye on no longer finding signals, but
tangible proof of the fact that the winter is behind us, that we can look
to the future with confidence, in the conviction that the office Made in
Italy still has a lot to say and to accomplish.
