offices by expanding the range for the
Systema Top 2000 cabinets and the
innovative LegaDrive lifting columns
A market leader in the sector of professional
office furnishings, Hettich acts as a single
supplier working on every phase, from
development to sale of furniture. The wide range
of systems oriented towards market needs and
specific targets has evolved with new solutions for
the organization of storage space and the
adjustment of the height of workstations.
The office filing cabinet
, a basic element of any
work area, no longer contains only the traditional
paper files, but has to adapt to the particular
needs of users. Hettich adapts to this changing
scenario with the modular Systema Top 2000. The
various components of the system are based on
the proven concept of the platform: from the
mechanisms of regulation of the fronts to the
buffered sliding of the Silent System 40, from the
SysTech drawer to the lateral glass DesignSide
feature for hanging folders. Optimal storage
solutions are also offered by the small stationery
drawer, now with a larger height for 54% greater
volume, and the practical SmarTray service
drawer mounted under the desktop.
Besides optimizing interior design, the
advantages of the system extend to
differentiation of the form of cabinet fronts.
Elegance, minimalism, clean lines without
handles are the key design concepts, thanks to
the Push to open function, which enters offices to
eliminate frontal grips. Light pressure on the
drawer suffices to make the mechanism
automatically open, in complete silence.

lifting column, equipped with a two-level
telescopic system that appeals to users thanks to
its stability, capacity and wide range of action.
The LegaDrive electric motor permits continuous
adjustment of the desk position from 620 to 1300
mm, at the push of a button. The powerful but
silent movement and its large span are
surprising, due to the delicate action of the
electric motor and the protection against overload
and collision.
